SCHOLARSHIP REQUIREMENTS AND CHECKLIST 2025

Applicant(s) must be a senior attending a public/ private/ parochial/ vocational high school in the state of Delaware. The applicant must be admitted to or seeking admission to a four-year college or university. If selected for a scholarship, the recipient must provide proof of admission and/or enrollment.

The applicant must be of African-American, Hispanic or Native American descent.

Three typed letters of recommendation (not family members/friends).

The applicant must submit three letters of recommendation (two from nonrelatives) each in a sealed envelope.

Submission of a completed and neat processing copy of the Student Report (SAR).

Scholarship winners will be notified by May 1, 2025. All application packet documents submitted become the property of the Monday Club and will not be returned.become the

The winners of the scholarship will be asked to participate in a meet and greet prior to the Ball with the scholarship committee.
